Senior Director, Lenhardt Library, Chicago Botanic Garden
Leora Siegel is the Senior Director of the Lenhardt Library, a research library with botanical collections spanning five centuries, and one of the great treasures of the Chicago Botanic Garden. Her areas of interest include botanical illustrations, and engaging audiences with primary sources through curation of rare books exhibitions and supporting digital library initiatives. She holds M.S. degrees in Library & Information Science, and Natural Resources and Environment Science, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
