Donations to BHL are processed through the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR), which serves as BHL’s fiscal sponsor. This means gifts should be made to CLIR for the benefit of the Biodiversity Heritage Library.

BHL and CLIR will work with you to confirm the most appropriate process and documentation for your gift.
